After 45 years at the same location, Fromm was ready for new premises. As an owner-occupier, and after carefully considering several options, the decision was made to develop a new, sustainable building at Brigadedok in Nieuwegein. On behalf of Fromm, Stone monitored the development process carried out by the developer and, following the delivery of the shell building, procured and managed the complete fit-out and installation of both the office and the industrial hall. The result is a future-proof location that fully aligns with Fromm’s ambitions, featuring sustainable installations including a battery energy storage solution.
