Unit4’s lease expired and they were looking for a representative ‘own’ space. To a large extent, Unit4’s requirements and wishes could already be included in the shell construction.
The office building itself could be characterised as ‘average’, but thanks to a good eye for detail and quality of materials, the end result is far from average. A beautiful, modern office that meets today’s many needs and requirements.
